Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Tester with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing and a good understanding of testing tools and DevOps processes. The role is contract-based (6 months) and based in Noida, with the potential to contribute to automation, performance, or security testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to prepare detailed test cases
• Perform Functional, Regression, and System Integration Testing
• Execute manual test cases and log issues using JIRA
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Support builds and deployments using Docker
• Use SVN for version control and documentation
• Participate in test planning, reviews, and defect triage meetings
• Ensure high-quality software delivery with proper test coverage
• (Optional) Contribute to automation or performance/security testing initiatives

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of manual QA experience
• Proficiency in:
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• System Integration Testing
• Test Case Design & Execution
• Tools:
• JIRA (Mandatory)
• SVN (Basic usage)
• Docker (Basic deployment understanding)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Postman
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
• Familiarity with security testing
• Basic scripting in Java or Python
• Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of the surveillance and security domain

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
