Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

QA Tester Lead

to join our team in

Bengaluru

. This role involves leading QA efforts across embedded and software systems, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of testers; oversee performance and skill development
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for embedded systems and payment platforms
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage QA tasks in coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Execute manual and automated testing: functional, regression, integration, and performance
  • Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and practices
  • Ensure compliance, consistency, and repeatability in testing processes
  • Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product managers to meet quality goals
  • Clearly communicate testing status, risks, and results to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of QA/testing experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in both manual and automation testing
  • Expertise in embedded systems and hardware/software integration testing
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Proficiency with JIRA, test management tools, and scripting languages
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related fied
