About the Role:

QA Team Lead AR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts supporting AR operations.
  • Monitor overall quality performance of the AR department, including call audits, documentation, and compliance adherence.
  • Develop, review, and maintain quality audit frameworks, scorecards, and SOPs.
  • Identify trends in audit findings and collaborate with Operations, Training, and Process teams to address root causes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit insights and performance data.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to QA Analysts and AR team members to improve quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality calibration sessions with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare documentation standards.
  • Stay updated with changes in payer policies, industry guidelines, and audit methodologies.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–9 years of experience in AR operations with at least 2–3 years in a QA leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of AR and denial management processes within US healthcare/RCM.
  • Proven ability to lead quality assurance initiatives and manage a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of denial codes (CO, PR, OA, PI) and payer-specific policies.
  • Experience in preparing quality audits, trackers, dashboards, and client-facing reports.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and process enhancement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AR/RCM software such as

    Epic, eClinicalWorks (ECW), and Change Healthcare

    .
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality certifications such as Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Lean Management, or similar.
  • Prior experience working directly with US clients or handling client escalations.
