QA Specialist

You should have experience in the Insurance Industry with a focus on P & L. Communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels to comprehend and express business and functional requirements clearly. Provide actionable feedback to development and product teams in a concise manner. Document testing results, defects, and other pertinent information comprehensively and report them in an understandable format. Facilitate smooth communication among business, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and issues. Attend defect triage calls with the development team to support in the effective resolution of issues. Uphold compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies. Constantly assess and enhance testing processes and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and guide junior QA team members, nurturing a culture of quality and collaboration within the team.,
