QA Specialist

As a QA Specialist at NAVEX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our custom web pages and web-based services for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing quality assurance checks on web intake sites, web forms, training courses, and back-end system configurations. - Confirming the quality and accuracy of data display in multiple languages. - Auditing, documenting, and validating the completeness and correctness of existing customer data. - Evaluating project requests based on system requirements. - Managing multiple work tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing against deliverables. - Providing technical support for Services teams. - Maintaining individual Key Performance targets. To excel in this role, you will need: - 2+ years of related experience. - A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and consistent reliability and accountability. - Experience managing the integrity and quality of various types of data. - Familiarity with popular web browsers and accessibility principles. - Understanding of database structures and functionality as they affect interface design. - The ability to interpret instructions from diverse sources. - The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines. - The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (service), collaboration, and user acceptance testing. - Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust.
