Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols for civil construction projects.
Collaborate with site teams to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions to prevent defects or non-conformities.
Review documentation such as drawings, reports, and certificates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify areas for improvement in processes and recommend changes to enhance overall quality performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) management in the engineering & construction industry.
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA/PGDBM preferred.
Strong understanding of quality standards, monitoring, analysis, and implementation principles.
