QA QC Manager

## Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- 15+ years of experience in construction quality control/assurance

- Strong understanding of construction codes, standards, and regulations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in quality control tools and software

- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)

- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ, RICE) is a plus

## Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience with construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial)

- Knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures

- Familiarity with quality control software and tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
