Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring all products meet established quality standards and specifications. The role involves developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
.
Develop and implement
QA/QC plans
and maintain
ISO certifications
.
Oversee
calibration and maintenance
of inspection instruments.
Handle
Non-Conformance, CAPA, and customer compliance resolutions
.
Conduct
inspections, audits, and data analysis
to identify quality trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
problem-solving and improvement
.
Maintain
quality documentation and reports
as per ISO standards.
Lead
training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
.
8-10 years
of experience in QA/QC within precision or engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001:2015
, inspection tools, and measurement systems.
Proficient in
problem-solving, RCA, CAPA
, and data analysis.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and team management
skills.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality.
