a. To ensure 100% compliance of applicable Quality standards.
b. Developing quality environment, ensuring that quality control processes are aligned with business objective and established Quality Management Systems (QMS) of Lark Engineering Company.
c. Coordinating audits of QMS, CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.
d. Developing and implementing procedures of all shops
e. Facing Customer Audits in association with sales and QMR
f. To actively participate in Customer Complaint and monitor corrections and corrective actions.
g. To handle customer complaints, do failure analysis / RCA and recommend solutions.
h. Working with production team in troubleshooting problems
i. Leading and managing a team; providing guidance, coaching and support as needed.
j. Communicating with other departments.
a) Assigning, prioritizing and monitoring of all QA activities to deliver the documents within the target date.
b) Review and approval of all QA documents, TDCs, ITPs and Procedures.
c) Evaluation of Vendors technical offers seeking alternate proposals.
d) Review and approval of ASME/CE Quality System Manual and Procedures on annual basis, as & when new code edition is issued or earlier when changes are required.
e) Assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring of all NDE activities
f) Review and approval of all NDE documents.
g) To provide NDT services on time to shop.
h) Calibration of instruments.
j) Open to work at Sites and guide the site engineers on periodical basis.
