Junior Executive – Quality (staples) Base location: IRCPL, Madurai & Salem Graduate or Postgraduate in Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology / Agriscience. Thorough knowledge on quality assurance in Rice & Rice Products, Spices, Dry Fruits, Cashews & Almond, Dals & Pulses, Flours & Sooji, Sugar & Jaggery and processing. Knowledge on implementation of Food Safety Management system Personal Quality Interpersonal skills, Communication Skills, Takes initiative and ownership. Professional Requirements Have at least 1+ years of relevant working experience as a Quality Controller or QA Executive in a Food processing facility (Cereals or Pulses Industry). Good in communication, MS Word & Excel   Job Description · Quality & Process Control (incoming quality check, In process quality check of Cashew & product testing before release, cleaning system, packing, labeling as per FSSAI & Legal metrology requirement) · Product analysis (Chemical & Physical) · RPC & processing facility Audits (Implementation of GMP, Process System, Pest control, Facility Requirement & documentation) · Coordinating with customers (handling complaints, corrective action) · Coordinating with B&M team (B to C & B to B) · Coordinating with other regional executives to resolve the quality related issues, documentation, and product quality. · Coordinating with suppliers / processors to control & improve the quality · Training of workmen for GMP & Hygiene · Documenting all the QC activities of RPC · Coordinating with vendors in implementation of ISO 22000, HACCP & FSMS · DC Audits & Floor Walks.  Sourcing bulk raw material · Inspection, testing & acceptance of raw materials as per requirements at the source like farmers , aggregators & processors · Coordinate with buying team on the sourcing schedules, processing schedules for quality control · Monitoring the bulk material storage at the warehouse from the quality perspective · Liaising with agencies like warehousing, pest control, processors etc. Intersted Candidates Drop CV karthik.ch@bigbasket.com 9901508026
