QA & QC Engineer

Qualification & Experience: B.E (Mech / Metallurgical) + 1. Shall have qualification as Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2008 / equivalent QMS (IRCA Registered or equivalent QMS). 2. Shall have minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas facility / Pipeline construction/ tank farm. He shall have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO/TR 29001 / ISO 9001 or equivalent. 3. Shall have supervisory skills & ability to lead various discipline inspectors & co ordinate with various discipline. 4. Shall have technical knowledge of inspection and exposed to multi discipline works of oil and gas Engineering, Procurement & Construction field/ Projects. 5. Shall be familiar with relevant Design & construction codes used in oil and gas industries. 6. Preference shall be given for candidate with CSWIP 3.1 / AWS for welding inspection or equivalent and Certified to ASNT level 11 in NDT techniques. 7. Knowledge on welding codes/ construction codes/ inter discipline Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of the Project specific Quality Assurance Plan. 2. Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions, Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP). 3. Maintain/Update QMS documentation 4. Review and Monitoring Sub-Contractor’s Quality Systems and quality performance. 5. Maintaining of Project Quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates & preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers. 6. Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators. 7. Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality. 8. Auditing – internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external). 9.
