This person will work closely with product, business, engineers, marketing, and infrastructure team to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations related to testing and quality for Talent Solutions team. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through his/her high Performance testing technique with timely actions.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Understand and convert the Internal and external client requirements to NFR documents. • Performance document creation (Test Plan, Test Execution Report, Test Closure Report). • Design and execute tests with desired workloads to find out the bottlenecks and to provide input to mitigate the risk. • Competency to understand and manage the testing of end-to-end systems with multiple dependencies effectively. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the work as per the situation. • Able to execute the script in a single system as well as distributed systems. Skills/Experience: • 2-5 Years of experience in JMeter/ NeoLoad/Load runner • Protocol: Web((HTTP/FTP/WebSocket), Ajax, Truecliet, Citrix,.net • Programming Language: Java, Java Script, Python • Working Experience in CI/CD for performance testing • Knowledge of monitoring, Profiling, and tuning. • Tools: SQL Profiler, Postman, fiddler. • Must be well versed with cloud-based application performance testing. • Hands-on experience in the Performance test of the mobile application. Soft Skill: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze problems and prioritize multiple tasks
