About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards in all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, quality systems, and hands-on experience in the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance systems and SOPs as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Manage internal audits, vendor audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee documentation, change controls, deviations, CAPA, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D, Regulatory) to maintain quality standards.
• Train and mentor QA team members on quality systems and compliance.
• Review batch records, validation protocols, and reports to ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B. Pharma / M. Pharma (mandatory).
• Experience: 5 – 7 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ICH, WHO, USFDA, and other international guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage audits and regulatory inspections effectively.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹4.5 – 6 LPA (commensurate with experience and skills).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
