About the Role

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects.
Define and implement
test strategies, test plans, and QA processes
.
Perform and oversee
manual testing
and guide automation efforts.
Conduct
API, regression, integration, and UAT testing
.
Review requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Track, report, and manage defects using tools like
JIRA
.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide QA team members to improve quality standards.
Ensure adherence to
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and release timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years
of experience in
Software Quality Assurance
.
Strong understanding of
SDLC & STLC
processes.
Hands-on experience in
manual testing
with knowledge of automation fundamentals.
Experience in
API testing
and backend validation.
Familiarity with
defect tracking and test management tools
(JIRA or similar).
Good understanding of
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
