Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in automation testing , AI-driven testing methodologies , and eCommerce platforms particularly Magento 2 with B2B functionality. In this role, you will lead a team of 8 senior and mid-level QA engineers to ensure our product and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will champion test automation frameworks, incorporate AI tools to optimize the QA process, and ensure our Magento 2 platform is robust, scalable, and optimized for B2B operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a QA team of 8 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Own and manage QA strategy for the Magento 2-based platform across B2B and B2C operations. Design and implement automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing. Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance test case generation, execution, and defect detection. Collaborate with product and development teams to define test plans and ensure full test coverage. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and Agile/DevOps methodologies. Monitor and report on QA KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of automated testing efforts. Drive process improvements and reduce manual testing through automation. Oversee defect identification, analysis, reporting, and resolution. Stay current with trends in automation, AI, eCommerce, and Magento 2 testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7–9 years of QA experience, with strong automation and eCommerce expertise. Proven leadership in managing and mentoring QA teams. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript). Familiarity with AI-based testing approaches and tools (preferred). In-depth experience with Magento 2 and its B2B features, integrations, and architecture. Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps environments, including CI/CD practices. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
