QA Head - Foundry Industry (Automotive/Railway Casting Assembly)

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education

Degree
: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering (or higher).

Experience

Minimum
:
10 years in Quality Management within manufacturing sectors such as casting, machining, gearbox, or assembly.

Technical Expertise

Domains
: Strong exposure in at least two of the following:

Casting
Machining
Gearbox
Assembly

Materials Knowledge
: Proven knowledge of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Inspection Techniques
: Familiarity with various inspection techniques.

Certifications

Required
:

ISO Quality Management Systems
ASTM familiarity

Preferred
:

Six Sigma
Lean Manufacturing

Skills

Leadership
: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing mid-level managers and engineers.
