QA Functional

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Functional Engineers / QA Analysts to join our team for the ICICI Bank project under MOZARK. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing fundamentals, functional analysis, and manual testing processes.

As a Functional Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding functional requirements, creating and executing test cases, identifying issues, and ensuring product quality through rigorous testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand functional and business requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Design, review, and execute manual test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, log, and track software defects through to closure.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Maintain accurate test documentation including test cases, reports, and defect logs.
• Provide clear and timely testing updates in team meetings.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in validation activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in manual functional testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
