QA Engineer

In this role as a QA Engineer - Level 2 (QA-2) at TMRW, you will be instrumental in upholding the quality, performance, and reliability of our products. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing. You will also implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage. Additionally, you will identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to ensure prompt resolution. Your expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and debugging will be crucial in delivering a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing. - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing. - Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Continuously enhance QA processes, methodologies, and tools. - Contribute to best practices in functional testing and automation. - Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, PlayWright, Appium, etc. - Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. - Experience with AI assisted automation is highly desirable. - Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes. - Strong analytical and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
