Job Description


  • Expertise in component-level and integration testing
  • Deep understanding of Service Cloud, Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layouts, and Record Type Assignments
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce functionalities including LWC, Flows, Triggers, and Apex Jobs
  • Experience in testing applications with data loaded from external systems (Excel files, external DBs)
  • Proficient in checking field-level and object-level security, and Role Hierarchy
  • Skilled in writing complex SOQL queries and using tools like Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dev Tools
  • Experience in testing CRM Analytics (TCRM)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel formulas and Data Loader
  • Understanding of EAC, user configuration, and notifications
  • Strong communication skills with experience in interacting with POs, Dev Leads, and handling E2E ownership
  • Familiarity with SCRUM methodology
  • Positive mindset and flexibility to go above and beyond
