Job Title: QA Engineer – Manual & Automation Location: Gurgaon Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our Gurgaon-based team. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing practices and a proactive approach to defect prevention. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (Manual and Automation). Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver , Java/Python , and automation frameworks. Proficiency in Manual Testing , writing clear test cases and scenarios. Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Good to Have: Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured. Exposure to mobile application testing (iOS/Android). Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
