QA Engineer /Inspector

Job Description:

1. Ensure In process Quality of Sheet Metal Cutting and Bending Process.

2. Ensure Sheet Metal Cutting and Bending as per the Drawing.

3. Ensure Part & Process Parameter during the shift Start and End.

4. First Piece approval process.

5. Product, process and system audit

6. Ensure requirement and calibration of Measuring test Equipment

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Participation in Root Cause analysis and corrective action of external and internal nonconforming quality.

2. Measure and monitor cost of poor quality.

3. Achieved KPIs as per given target.

4. Form CFT and called meeting for implementation of IMS and Quality norms

5. Carry out audits as per plan

6. Daily wise Rejection analysis and action taken on defective part by PDCA.

Skills Sets Required:

1. Problem solving techniques,

2. Professional training of MS office.

3. 5 “S” , kaizen, 7 QC tools etc.

4. Knowledge of sheet metal cutting and bending Process.

5. Risk based Thinking to Identify the Risk in the Process and take action.

6. Knowledge of Measuring Instrument Vernier, Micrometer.

Education & Experience Requirements:

1. BE Mech with 2/3 years of experience in same field Sheet metal Cutting & Bending

Generic Competency:

1. Good oral and written communication, Good Inter personal relationship and courage to tell fact.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
