QA – DME Specialist (Night Shift)

We are hiring QA – DME Specialists for our Night Shift. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, experienced in DME processes, and ready to join immediately. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across all DME orders and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits on DME orders, claims, and documentation.
• Verify accuracy of prescriptions, medical records, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper DME coding (HCPCS, modifiers) and compliance with payer guidelines.
• Identify documentation errors and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
• Maintain audit logs, QA reports, and quality metrics.
• Support process improvements and assist with SOP updates.
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in DME, QA, medical billing, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of DME documentation and HCPCS coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
• Experience with EHR/EMR or DME billing systems (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Medicare/Medicaid guideline knowledge
• QA auditing experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
