We are looking out for Quality Assurance Analyst with 2-3 years of relevant experience RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN EXPERIENCED SOFTWARE TESTER Perform manual testing of mobile and mobile web applications developed by the team. Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback. Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using standard bug-tracking tools. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and UI/UX teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct regression testing, UI/UX testing, and cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, mobile web). Participate in QA reviews, stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives. Contribute to process improvement and QA best practices. (Preferred) Support automation testing efforts by assisting in test script design and maintenance if familiar with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS: 2–3 years of experience in QA and software testing, preferably in mobile applications. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle. Experience testing Android and iOS mobile apps and mobile web platforms. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestLink , or equivalent bug and test case management tools. Familiarity with API testing (using Postman or similar tools) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
