Python+Selenium

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
• Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and product owners to define test requirements and automation strategies.
• Write, execute, and analyze automated test scripts, report defects, and track issues through resolution.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and manage version control (Git) to ensure seamless regression testing.
• Monitor test environments, troubleshoot automation failures, optimize test performance, and ensure test reliability.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices to elevate team capabilities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming skills in Python and test frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
• Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Experience integrating Selenium scripts with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and using Git for version control.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development processes.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Preferred:
• Experience with BDD frameworks like Behave or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured) and automation techniques.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for test environment orchestration.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• ISTQB certification or other relevant QA credentials.
