Python/Django Developer 1+ Year

• Backend Development: Develop ERP core functionalities using Django.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive, interactive interfaces using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Database Design: Collaborate on relational database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for scalability and performance.
• Integration: Connect external APIs, third-party services, and internal systems with the ERP platform.
• Agile Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (PMs, UX/UI designers, devs) to align technical implementation with business goals.
• Code Quality: Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews and team mentoring.
• Security: Implement security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection).
• Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance issues for better scalability and system efficiency.
• Testing: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date API and system documentation for internal use.
