💼 Hiring: Python Trainer (with Web Scraping Expertise)

🔰 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Trainer who can mentor interns and entry-level engineers, deliver structured training programs, and guide learners toward writing production-ready Python code. If you’re passionate about teaching and have strong hands-on experience in Python and web scraping, we’d love to connect!

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Python training sessions for interns and junior engineers.

Design, plan, and deliver training modules, assignments, and real-world projects.

Teach core Python concepts:

Data types, loops, conditionals, functions

OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)

File & exception handling

Modules, packages, virtual environments

Cover advanced topics including:

Web scraping using Requests, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright

Database integration (MySQL, MongoDB)

REST API integration & automation scripts

Evaluate trainees through tests, code reviews, and hands-on project work.

Mentor trainees to write clean, efficient, production-level Python code.

Collaborate with the development team to align training with company projects and standards.

Regularly update training material to reflect the latest Python versions, tools, and best practices.

⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a Python Trainer/Instructor/Corporate Trainer.

Strong command over both core and advanced Python concepts.

Practical experience with web scraping frameworks:

BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, Requests

Familiarity with databases: MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.

Ability to explain complex topics in a simple way for beginners.

Experience with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, VS Code, or PyCharm.

Prior experience in designing structured training programs or bootcamps is a plus.

🎯 Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, or other data analysis libraries.

Exposure to AWS/GCP, Docker, or cloud environments.

Experience in course creation, curriculum design, or LMS-based training.
