We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Lead Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing scalable and high-performance Python-based applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers to promote a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of complex Python applications. Architect and design software components and microservices using Python and related technologies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as required. Review code and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Implement and enforce best practices in coding, debugging, and code quality. Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in the Django framework. Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles . Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Proficient in PostgreSQL and database-driven development. Familiarity with Microservices architecture and design patterns . Understanding of authentication , authorization , and code security best practices. Experience leading teams and providing technical guidance. Strong coding and debugging skills with an emphasis on clean, reusable code . Experience building enterprise-grade applications . Familiarity with modern application development tools and libraries . Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in Java is a plus. Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA. Experience with Bootstrap 4 and jQuery . Background in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is advantageous. Show more Show less
