Python Full Stack Developer

About Us:
We are an innovative, technology-driven organization seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6–10 years of expertise in building robust, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will excel in React.js for front-end development and Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable applications.
• Lead the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components in React.js.
• Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring coding best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for back-end development.
• Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Experience with RESTful API architecture and integrations.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• TypeScript proficiency.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to automated testing and quality assurance tools.
