The ideal candidate will excel in React.js for front-end development and Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for back-end development. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable applications. Lead the development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components in React.js . Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI). Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring coding best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–10 years of professional full stack development experience. Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 . Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for back-end development. Expertise in relational databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server ). Experience with RESTful API architecture and integrations. Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows , and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset. Preferred Skills: TypeScript proficiency . Knowledge of microservices architecture .
