Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Python-based backend applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Implement APIs, microservices, and data storage solutions.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and QA engineers.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and improve performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI preferred).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience working with AI/ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for productivity.
