Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Python Developer

to join our engineering team.This role focuses on building backend systems, automation scripts, AI-integrated workflows, and scalable microservices using Python and related frameworks.As a Python Developer, you will collaborate closely with automation engineers, AI specialists, and frontend developers to design and deliver robust automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with backend development.
• Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or any relational database.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of automation tools or scripting (Cron, Celery, Python scripts, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems, services, and APIs using Python.
• Build automation tools, scripts, and workflows for internal and client projects.
• Integrate AI models, automation platforms, and external APIs into applications.
• Optimize and scale backend performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create database schemas, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging Python technologies, AI advancements, and automation trends.
