Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful services
• Build and deploy AI-driven applications including chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM-based solutions
• Work with microservices and distributed architectures in cloud environments
• Own services end-to-end with a strong DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it)
• Participate in system design, performance tuning, and scalability planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software independently
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance
• Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with

  Python

  and

  AI technologies

  (GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs)
• Experience building

  dedicated chatbots

  RAG pipelines

  , and working with

  LLMs

• Strong understanding of

  data structures

  ,

  multithreading

  concurrency

  concepts
• Experience designing and developing

  RESTful APIs

• Solid knowledge of

  Linux-based application development
