As a highly skilled and proactive Workato Developer with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using the Workato platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using the Workato platform to streamline business processes. - Building and enhancing custom connectors, integrating with both REST and SOAP APIs for complex system interactions. - Performing data mapping, transformation, validation, and error-handling across workflows. - Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and minimal downtime of integration workflows. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for integration architecture, configurations, and best practices. - Ensuring compliance with data security, governance, and privacy standards across all automations. - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing integrations and automation processes. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience working with Workato or similar integration/automation platforms, a strong understanding of API protocols and authentication methods, hands-on expertise in JSON, XML, SQL, and data transformation techniques, familiarity with SaaS applications, and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, experience with Python, JavaScript, knowledge of iPaaS best practices, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines are preferred skills.
