Role Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level Python Developer to join our AI Center of Excellence. This role will focus on designing and developing AI-driven solutions and prototypes that support strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, data scientists and architects to build scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Develop, deploy and maintain Python-based solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI POCs, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability in cloud-native environments.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Present developed solutions to clients and stakeholders

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., Langchain, Langraph etc).
• Experience with developing Python backend and frontend solutions using RESTful APIs, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Previous experience in AI would be plus
• Experience in testing would be a plus

Role 2: Junior Python Developer – (1–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a junior Python Developer to support our AI COE in building innovative AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing Python scripts and modules for AI prototypes.
• Support data preparation, model experimentation, and testing.
• Work closely with senior developers and data scientists to implement AI features.
• Document code and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in Python programming.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and tools
• Basic understanding of software development practices and version control (Git).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
