Contract Duration :

6 MonthsWe are seeking experienced Python Developers / Leads to join our dynamic team working on enterprise-level solutions for a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on Python development experience and a solid understanding of QA and functional testing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and ensure application stability and performance.
• Participate in QA processes, including automation, verification, and validation of code.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Support release cycles and production deployments in a collaborative environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers (for Lead roles).
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development (minimum 4+ years).
• Good understanding of functional testing and QA processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Valid Passport is mandatory.
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation frameworks or scripting for testing.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL, or data processing frameworks.
