About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with 9+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Unix, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing scalable solutions, providing technical leadership, and working independently to deliver business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and unit test applications using Python in alignment with architectural principles.
• Build and maintain FastAPI-based services for high-performance applications.
• Develop Unix Shell Scripts for automation of application installations and maintenance activities.
• Design and optimize SQL queries to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, offering guidance and mentoring.
• Lead solution design and architecture discussions to solve complex business problems.
• Manage code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes using tools such as Git, Jenkins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Ensure best practices in software architecture, code quality, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Python development.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, Unix/Linux, and SQL.
• Experience in Shell Scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and query optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead development teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
