🔍 Must-Haves:

✅ 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Python (Django Framework)

✅ Proficiency in jQuery, Pandas, and AWS

✅ Experience in Enterprise Application Development

✅ Strong understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns

✅ Excellent debugging and clean code writing skills

🧩 Good to Have:

 • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL

 • Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)

 • Exposure to Microservices architecture and modern development tools

 • Experience working on Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

💼 Role Highlights:
