Must-Haves:
1-3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Software Sales Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA / MBA or related field) Strong in lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls & emails Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills Ability to create tailored proposals and close deals independently Good to Have: • Prior experience selling Mobile Apps, Web Apps, CRMs, or ERPs • Exposure to international client acquisition & B2B sales • Familiarity with CRM tools & disciplined lead follow-ups • Confident personality with strong relationship-building skills Role Highlights: • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads globally • Pitch customized IT solutions and close deals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success • Represent Creware in client meetings & industry discussions • Grow within a high-energy, target-driven environment
