About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Python developer with strong SQLAlchemy and pydantic expertise to join our backend team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and optimize database interactions for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python database interfaces using SQLAlchemy ORM
• Design and optimize complex database queries for case management functionality
• Implement secure permission systems to protect sensitive client information
• Create reporting and analytics features for program performance measurement
• Build data quality tools, including duplicate detection and validation systems
• Work with legacy database structures and implement modern best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of Python development experience
• Strong proficiency with SQLAlchemy ORM and SQL
• Experience with database design and optimization
• Understanding of permission and security models for sensitive data
• Knowledge of data quality techniques (fuzzy matching, deduplication)
• Ability to analyze complex database schemas and relationships
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQLite)
