Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and modular

  Python-based backend services

• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate requirements into efficient system designs.
• Design and optimize

  for scalability and performance.
• Develop clean, reusable, and well-documented APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment automation.
• Continuously improve code quality, testing practices, and system observability.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in

  production-grade Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)

• Hands-on experience with

  Test-Driven Development (TDD)

  and unit testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest).
• Proven ability to

  build, integrate, and scale large systems quickly

• Solid understanding of

  database schema design, normalization, and data modeling

• Familiarity with

• Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills.
