Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

● Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy backend applications using FastAPI or Flask frameworks.

● Database Management: Efficiently handle database interactions using SQLAlchemy ORM, ensuring optimized data access and management.

● Code Quality and Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, strictly adhering to PEP 8 standards. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

● Testing: Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software reliability and quality.

● Frontend Integration: Collaborate with frontend developers, including those using AngularJS, to integrate and enhance backend components.

● Cloud & Containerization: Work with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies like Docker for scalable and portable deployments.

● Optimization: Actively optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.

● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with advancements in Python, libraries, and development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

● Version Control: Use Git for effective code management, collaboration, and version tracking.

● Documentation: Develop and maintain technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational processes to support ongoing and future development.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

● Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience:

○ 3-5 years of Python development experience, with hands-on work in FastAPI or Flask.

○ Strong experience with SQLAlchemy ORM and SQL databases (minimum of 2 years).

○ At least 2 years of experience in API development and object-oriented programming (OOP).

○ Leadership experience, such as module lead or team lead, is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
