About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our remote engineering team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs. • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and third-party services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers,
  

and DevOps.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability and scalability.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development cycles and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives,
  

and daily stand-ups.

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge Skills & Qualifications :
• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Good understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative Qualifications (Good to Have) :
• Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, or machine learning workflows.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ).
