• Strong expertise in backend development (Python/Django)

• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience managing repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.

• Demonstrated ability to review and guide code contributions, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multicultural, remote, and NGO environments.

• Experience interfacing with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills.

• Capacity and willingness to progressively assume overall technical leadership of the project.
