JDKey Responsibilitie

• s:Lead the SAP PP team in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP PP functionalitie
• s.Manage end-to-end production planning processes including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, shop floor control, and production order managemen
• t.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions aligned with operational goal
• s.Ensure integration and data synchronization between SAP PP and other modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM, and SAP F
• I.Oversee SAP PP system support activities including issue resolution, upgrades, patches, and performance optimizatio
• n.Develop and maintain SAP PP policies, best practices, and standard operating procedure
• s.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, process automation opportunities, and adopting SAP best practice
• s.Lead SAP PP-related projects including system implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and testin
• g.Provide training, guidance, and support to SAP PP users and team member
• s.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning effectiveness, order fulfillment rates, and system utilizatio
• n.Maintain comprehensive documentation covering SAP PP configurations, business processes, and process flow
• s.Manage vendor relationships and work effectively with SAP consultants and third-party provider

s.Qualification

• s:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferre
• d.Minimum 7-10 years of experience working with SAP PP module, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead rol
• e.Strong knowledge of production planning processes, including MRP, forecasts, capacity planning, and shop floor executio
• n.Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP module preferre
• d.Understanding of integration points between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM, and FI module
• s.Hands-on experience in SAP PP implementation, support, customization, and upgrade
• s.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and work cross-functionall
• y.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
• s.SAP PP certification is a plu
