Purchasing Manager

As a Purchasing Manager at Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing procurement operations for our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the procurement process for medical and non-medical supplies efficiently. - Identify reliable vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and quality. - Monitor stock levels and place orders in a timely manner to maintain availability. - Keep accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgets. - Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. - Evaluate vendors and maintain strong relationships with them. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in healthcare or hospitality. - Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and MS Excel. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
