Purchasing Manager

As an Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Founder and Operations Manager to streamline tasks, track projects, manage schedules, follow up on deadlines, and ensure all operational documentation is maintained effectively. This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and an ability to anticipate needs. - Draft emails, reports, proposals, and presentations as required - Follow up with team members, partners, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met - Organise schedules, meetings, and action plans - Maintain documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Coordinate internal communications and support cross-functional teams - Assist with planning and implementing processes for efficiency and accountability - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without constant supervision, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and be proficient in office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
