Purchasing Executive

Role Overview: As an IT Purchase Executive for the IT Department, you will be responsible for executing tasks under IT projects or new initiatives. Your role will involve understanding BOQ procurement and services requirements, supporting in evaluating options, calling for quotes related to active and passive components for new projects, and handling projects related procurements and tracking. You will also be responsible for raising purchase orders after evaluating vendors or service providers, liaising with PIMO, Locations accounts, and Registrar for timely closure of all commercial agreements and settlement invoices. Key Responsibilities: - Understand BOQ procurement and services requirements - Support in evaluating options - Call for quotes related to active and passive components for new projects - Handle projects related procurements and tracking - Raise purchase orders post evaluating vendors or service providers - Liaise with PIMO, Locations accounts, and Registrar for timely closure of all commercial agreements and settlement invoices - Call for quotes and proposals from various vendors - Prepare comparative sheets - Track delivery under projects Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in IT procurement or a similar role - Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Company Details: The projects you will be involved in include SBMPT Phase 2, MKM Hostel, Indore girls/boys/staff quarters, Hyderabad CCTV, Boys/girls/Academic building, Shirpur Hostel/Bunglow/RC Patel, Dhule AV Systems, Chandigarh Campus, Lucknow SDL campus, and new upcoming sites.,
