Purchasing Executive

You will be responsible for managing various aspects related to purchasing, sourcing, job work, quality purchase, data entry, and other related tasks. Your duties will include: - Managing the purchasing of raw materials, BOM items, and tools from sourcing suppliers to delivery at the plant. Keeping records and status of all purchases made. - Identifying and sourcing new suppliers and subcontractors, auditing their capabilities, and maintaining a list of suppliers. Coordinating with R&D for new developments and procurement of samples. - Sourcing subcontractors for required job work and maintaining updated records of job work-related data. - Ensuring that parts received from suppliers meet the required quantity standards. Coordinating with suppliers in case of lot rejection and obtaining CAPA from them. - Utilizing working knowledge of Tally for data entry, including creating purchase orders, receiving materials, and updating various types of data as required. - Being an individual contributor and actively participating in continuously improving the system. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate - Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a purchaser (Experience in the brass industry preferred) - ERP Tool Skill: Tally - Other Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi If interested and qualified, please apply for this position.,
