Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Vendor Development - Manager (Sheet Metal). The Manager will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing sheet metal vendors to support manufacturing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential vendors, negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, ensuring material quality standards, and collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure seamless Vendor Management and part development operations.

• Strong experience in vendor development, sourcing, and negotiation
• Knowledge of sheet metal components, materials, and fabrication processes
• Proficiency in supply chain management and procurement practices
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating vendor performance
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
