Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA User with hands-on experience in the

MM (Materials Management)

and

SD (Sales & Distribution)

modules. The role involves executing and managing end-to-end transactional processes including order loading, PO creation, goods receipt, customer invoicing, and credit/debit notes. The candidate must be comfortable operating independently in a high-volume environment and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage sales orders and purchase requisitions in SAP S/4HANAExecute Purchase Order (PO) creation and Goods Receipt (GR) transactionsPerform customer invoicing and handle Credit/Debit NotesMaintain accuracy of vendor and customer master dataEnsure timely processing of all transactional data in MM and SD modulesCollaborate with procurement, sales, logistics, and finance teamsGenerate reports and support audit requirements using SAP toolsAdhere to organizational policies for document control and compliance
